Term and Conditions
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully.
1. All packages are non-refundable, non-transferable and must be used on or before the expiry date or they will be forfeited.
2. 3 hours advanced notice is required for alteration or cancellation.
Cancelation within 3 hours or no show appointments will be charged in full.
3. The client must present identity card to enjoy our company discount.
4. The client should inform their physical condition before proceeding the treatment.
5. The client is advised to fast 2 hours and no alcohol prior to the treatment.
6. Clients are not recommended to proceed any colonic treatments during pregnancy.
7. HydroHouse reserves the rights to change the terms and conditions without notice.
